InterOPERA partners meet for the 5th General Assembly

From 16 to 18 September, the InterOPERA partners met in Aarhus, Denmark, for the 5th General Assembly. The meeting brought together 21 partners from across Europe to review project progress and continue work on technical frameworks and interoperability challenges for multi-vendor HVDC systems.

Over three days, the agenda included updates across the project’s teams with a focus o demonstrator development, final technical specifications, and test protocols. The participants could also take part in a workshop addressing offshore HVDC procurement strategies, data management, consortium agreement updates, and exploitation plan.

The General Assembly held a dedicated sessions on offshore wind and AC systems, as well as a workshop on DC-connected power park modules. These sessions allowed partners to share experience from existing projects and discuss future challenges.

The Assembly supported coordination across technical and non-technical activities and helped alignment as the project moves toward the next phase of demonstrator testing and validation.
